LIONS HELP WITH "FRIENDS AND FAMILY DAY" AT ADAMS ELEMENTARY
Lions Ron Layland and David Price represented our club at the recent "Friends and Family Day" at Adams Elementary School. Lion Ron told the students about the purposes and functions of Lions Clubs and Lion David played his banjo and sang to an enthusiastic audience. Adams Elementary is our Club's adopted school and we have the opportunity to participate in many of the school's activities.
CLUB BULLETIN "ON-LINE"
If you haven't accessed our web page, please take time to log on to http://cleburnetx.lionwap.org and see what is there. Lion Phil Hawker has done a nice job-very professional. WE SERVE
The primary aim of Lionism is service to the Club's community. Each year Lions Clubs perform services and provide goods to thousands of persons throughout the world. We can proudly say that Lions Clubs perform far more activities and help more people than any other service organization in the world today. --Source: "Hillsboro Lions Club Bulletin", December 2, 2003.
Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
