Thoughts From the Youth Minister
On August 24, 2008, Bobby Mayes became our Minister of
Music and Minister to Youth. He and his wife, Cayla are
excited to be here.
Bobby is a graduate of Texas A&M. He is a bi-vocational
minister. He also teaches for the Lowell Smith - Cleburne
Middle School as a reading teacher.
God has blessed Bobby and Cayla both in the area of
music. Both have beautiful voices and Bobby plays a
couple different interments.
Bobby comes from a musical family. He plays the
hammered dulcimer in a group called the Jammers which
is made up of his granddad on banjo, his dad on the guitar,
and this mother singing with them. And our church pianist,
Rebekah, plays along with them.
God has blessed us by sending them to us.
